I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this resort! The view over Balboa Bay was simply breathtaking, and my room was both spacious and meticulously maintained. The staff provided incredible service, and my family truly appreciated the special touches, like balloons for the kids. However, the coffee I bought on my departure was unfortunately cold, which is something they should definitely improve. Overall, it's a lovely place that I would happily return to.
